The occasion for the new edition of "Nordkurier Spezial" is the 70th anniversary of the first LPG foundation on 8 June 1952 in Merxleben (Thuringia). The stories from the Northeast range from the end of the 1940s to the present day. The reports of women in the LPG, agrarian pilots, veterinarians and LPG chairmen reflect the diversity of agriculture in the former district of Neubrandenburg.
