Let's go for the meatballs: For 17 years now, the Nordkurier reader recipes have been THE hit in local kitchens. For the new issue of the recipe magazine, which is to be published this summer, original and delicious preparation ideas for minced meat are being sought. Everything is permitted - whether traditionally as a burger or modern as Quiche, whether with noodles, with potatoes or in the soup, whether in the furnace, in the pan or on the grill.
